Elliot Richards, a socially incompetent technical advisor working at a call-center, has had a crush on Alison Gardner for nearly four years. One evening, which already started particularly bad for Elliot, she ditches him. Elliot wishes for her to be in his life with all his heart - and is heard. An incredibly beautiful young lady addresses Elliot, and after introducing herself as the Devil, Lucifer, the Princess of Darkness, she offers him a deal: Seven wishes for him, his Soul for her. Quickly, Elliot is convinced and accepts. But every wish he gets fulfilled has massive disadvantages as well, and soon Elliot wants to get out of the contract. The only thing that matters to him now is being able to take his chances by himself.

Many people have criticized the film: Bedazzled and not without reason, but still fun with some really very funny. It is certainly better than many other comedies of Fraser, but can not hold a candle to Blast from the Past. Not exactly original or brilliant, but the ambition of being entertaining. Some of the scenarios in which the character of Fraser found himself really very funny and very good job at achieving its comic effect, although a number of pieces are not all that funny or clever. The Bedazzled Romance is not without its valuable message, either, though it is an ancient and well-worn one. The point about just trying to be who you are, who do not wish for the world, wealth, etc, is still relevant and meaningful, which the DVD film Bedazzled at least some depth. Therefore, it is a bit (though barely) more than just mindless entertainment.

I think this DVD film Bedazzled is fantastic, if Brendan Fraser 3 films that I would say 1.Bedazzled 2.Monkeybone 3.Blast of the past But back to the movie: Bedazzled in question, the actors are so well cast in their roles, Brendan Fraser plays the fool who has fallen in love with a girl who has worked in the same office that he for a while, (but he has never spoken her) when the DVD movie Bedazzled starts to feel really sorry for him, is clear is the guy who tries so hard to be loved by all, but is mocked by his colleagues more often. Liz Hurley arrives then (the devil), which really is the sexiest woman on the planet and is a pain in the eyes of the view in this film. She gave him 7 wishes in exchange for his soul after he confessed that he sold the woman of his dreams. I wont spoil it for you if you have not seen this film, but it really is a fun DVD movie Bedazzled and I recommend you go see. After seeing this Bedazzled Romance I do not feel as if I had lost an hour and a half of my life, it enriches and found that really made me happy for the rest of the day. I urge you to see this DivX Movie Bedazzled if you want warm fuzzy feeling. Thanks for reading! =)

GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE Since I have been convinced that Brendan Fraser is one of the brightest new talent throughout the years ahead. He gets a chance to prove how good I am in hiding its true BEDAZZLED, from a nerdy office worker, and go through a series of changes in an effort to make a pact with the devil (Elizabeth Hurley). None of your wishes are successful because each has a hitch, designed by the cunning Hurley to failure. I never saw the original with Dudley Moore, but here I see that the script is in the way of delivery of the comedy, despite a solid Brendan's style for this type of thing. He reached the peak of his comic talent with his impersonation of a millionaire America, guaranteed to draw laughter. But much of the story is too episodic for the results to be more than reasonably successful. Hurley was on his paper with an attractive sexy that is almost as overwhelming to the viewer as to the nature of Fraser. To summarize: Fraser fans enjoy their multifaceted romp.

The main problem with this version of "Bedazzled" is that she wants to be loved. The Peter Cook / Dudley Moore was an original cynical bite that is completely missing here. It is also concerned not only with the schlemiel wishes, but what makes the devil tick. Why do you do? What is your relationship with God? Unfortunately, that movie's point of view that God is in general much more cruel and Satan that Satan is not even hinted at here. That said, this version does what he wants to do very well. Elizabeth Hurley and Brendan Fraser is hot again proves to be a pleasant and versatile actor. It also convinced me: you can believe as Dudley Moore shnook somewhat unnoticed. But Brendan Fraser? Well, he does. This is a good (insurance) acerbos American version of a British classic. It is well worth seeing (in prices matineé.) I only hope this means that the original is available now on DVD. * * This is a keeper.
